Paul Ghesquiere
Founder, President, & Managing Director
Paul is the founder of High Exit Value and its parent company, Highland St. Charles. With over 20 years as a Certified Financial Planner®, Paul has led strategic planning at a Fortune 100 insurance and financial services firm, directed the Global Strategy Group at KPMG (focused on transaction due diligence and post-merger integration), and built and sold his own financial services company at 2.25x TTM revenue — well above the 1.5x industry average.
He holds an MBA from Emory University with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Leadership. Paul has performed dozens of Diagnostic Sprints and typically identifies a 20–30% profit improvement pathway within 60 days. He is the Managing Director on every client engagement.
